Skills
Excellent ability to read plans and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of electrical principles and electrical installations
Mastery of mechanical techniques, particularly in specific fields such as diesel systems, boilermaking, metalworking, piping, welding, crimping, inerting, etc.
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards
Ability to plan and carry out preventive maintenance operations
Understanding of the characteristics and properties of the materials used
Requirements
Previous experience as a site manager or in a similar position, ideally in the nuclear sector
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
Ability to solve problems and work in a dynamic environment
